"If I could master a stick shift, could a successful relationship be that far behind?"

There has to be a reason why some things are difficult and easy.

We choose to take the easy way most of the time.Why? Beacuse we are so spoiled in life. If a relationship was a car most of us would choose to drive an automatic because it's easier?

We would say things such as "Who drives stick shift anymore?" Besides bus,truck drivers and heavy machine operators why would you? 

No need to learn the basics when you get a pass to move up to AutoMatic. It's how most of us act in a relationship after awhile. Our gears which to AutoMatic. No more extra pretty or handsome, no being nice all week, or i'll get that doors for you sweetie, no more i insist you can have the last piece of toast dear.... etc. 

AutoMatic aka daily routine. bhla  Maybe it's this mentally that's breaks relationships. 

No foundation, no learning the basics, no up keeping. 

Haaaa you say.   It's hard to keep the sparks going. It's hard to keep it fresh. It's hard to drive a stick shift! The hell with it! 

Some people would rather walk.  Not me, i like going for a drive.

So, if I could master a stick shift, could a successful relationship be far behind?
